A conversation
You say what the site or the tool should do for you. We ask what we need to, then write it down.

A written scope and a price
One page: what is in, what is out, what it costs, in parts if the work divides. Nothing starts until you have read it.

The work, in parts
Each part is delivered, shown, and approved before the next. You can stop at any boundary.

Handoff in writing
What was built, where it lives, how to run it, and what we would do next. The audit comes with it when there is one.
Paying an invoice
WHAT TO EXPECT, SO NOTHING LOOKS WRONGInvoices are sent through PayPal. The sender shows as IXO Tech; the legal name on the invoice and on your receipt is IXO LLC dba IXO Tech, Boca Raton, Florida. You can pay by card or with a PayPal account; you do not need an account to pay by card.
Each invoice names the part of the scope it covers, so it matches the page you approved. If anything on an invoice does not match what you agreed, write before paying and we will fix the invoice, not the explanation.

Who
TWO OWNERS, NO STAFFIXO Tech is the technology side of IXO LLC, a Florida company owned equally by Elizabeth Asti and Anjal, who have built and looked after sites together since the company's first client in 2016. The other side of the house is IXO Music, the independent publisher; the same two people, the same care, a different craft.
We work with a small number of clients at a time, most of them for years. You will always be talking to one of the two of us.
